Due to low voltage and battery dying the modules locked out and caused the modules to not re-awake after proper voltage was supplied to the car. Found the Flexray module that controls the cars network and manually discharged it to reset it. Plugged it back in and applied power to the car again allowing the modules to re-awake and car work again. 7539 – FlexRay Databus U0080 00 [10101110] – Defective
